Browncord Kenya is a premium event services marketplace connecting clients with verified event vendors. You can find photographers, caterers, decorators, DJs, venues, rental providers, and more all in one place.

Browse vendors by category or location, visit their profile, and send a booking inquiry. The vendor will review your request and respond — usually within 24-48 hours. Once confirmed, you will receive payment instructions.

Rental vendors list items (tents, chairs, equipment, and more) available for hire. You browse items, select quantities and dates, and submit a rental booking. The vendor confirms availability and you arrange pickup or delivery. Items must be returned in good condition by the agreed return date.

If something goes wrong — the vendor did not show up, the rental item was damaged, or there is a disagreement — you can raise a dispute from your booking or rental page. Our team reviews all disputes and makes a fair decision within 5 business days.

All vendors go through a profile review before being listed. Some vendors have additional verification tiers — business registration verification, identity verification, and Gold status — which indicate a higher trust level.
